This logo design was done in 2018 for DeLorenzo Design Company,
a small contracting business specialized in custom woodworking.
The logomark was inspired by a type of Japanese woodworking joint that the owner of the business used in the design and build of his own home and therefore was unique to him.
Although the business is situated in San Diego, Japanese style is an important influence in his work as he grew up in Japan.
